Personal, time-expiring links so you can review and approve your draft listing before it goes live

See your listing as applicants will see it — before the public does. Vendor listing preview gives you a personal, time-limited link to review and approve your draft sales or lettings listing while it stays offline from the open website.

What is vendor listing preview?

When we prepare your property for market, we build a full draft listing in our system: photography, description, floor plan, price presentation and key facts. With vendor listing preview, we email you (or your appointed representative) a magic link so you can open that draft on any device and check it carefully.

The listing is not yet on the public ND Estates catalogue. You are reviewing a private preview, not a published advert.

How it works

  1. We prepare the draft — content, images and details as for any professional instruction.
  2. You receive a personal link — unique to you, sent to your email, with a clear expiry date.
  3. You review — walk through the page as a buyer or tenant would: photos, copy, price, layout.
  4. You approve — when you are happy, approve via the link so we have a clear record before go-live.
  5. We publish (when agreed) — only after you are content, and according to your marketing plan (full public marketing or a private approach).

If something needs changing, tell us. We update the draft and, if needed, issue a fresh link.

  • Expires after a set period so old links do not linger
  • Revocable by our staff if circumstances change
  • Personal — issued for a named recipient and purpose, not an open “coming soon” URL for social media
  • No portal login — open the email, open the link, review and approve

Vendor preview is not confidential marketing

Vendor listing preview is about approving the draft before publication. It does not by itself mean the property will stay off the public website forever.

Security and privacy

  • Links use long, unguessable tokens; only a secure fingerprint is stored server-side
  • Expiry and revocation are built into the process
  • Recipient details are handled under our privacy practices and Jersey data protection requirements
