Which parishes does ND Estates cover?

ND Estates lists residential property for sale and to rent across Jersey. The for-sale and for-rent parish filters include St Helier, St Saviour, St Brelade, St Peter, St John, St Mary, St Ouen, St Lawrence, St Martin, Trinity, Grouville and St Clement.

Are ND Estates valuations free?

Yes. ND Estates provides a free valuation for sales and lettings. Use the valuation form to request a free sale or letting valuation for your Jersey property.

What is the difference between sales, lettings and management, and letting only?

Sales is the agency service for selling a Jersey property, including a free market appraisal. Lettings and management covers finding tenants, rent collection and day-to-day management for houses and apartments. Letting only finds a tenant and prepares the lease and condition report; you then manage the property yourself.

Which professional bodies is ND Estates a member of?

ND Estates are members of NAEA and ARLA Propertymark and of the Jersey Estate Agents Association. The site footer also shows The Property Ombudsman.
